Sue’s passion and enthusiasm for fitness and healthy eating began with her journey for a healthier lifestyle. Through changing her eating habits, boot camp, running and a strong desire for a healthier body she lost over 80 lbs and has maintained the weight loss by integrating healthy eating habits and fitness as a regular part of her everyday life. Sue is a great listener and cares for her clients, really understanding the emotions that need to be dealt with on the road to better health. Sue runs our learn to run program and has taken clients that have never run before to running their first 10klm races to half marathons.
