Jill is passionate about sharing health and happiness. Her classes are inspiring, gentle and appropriate for all levels. She is a Sivananda trained teacher, but considers Diane Long and Vanda Scaravelli to be her biggest influences. She draws from decades of experience and gives lots of individual attention. With her teachings you can expect to develop awareness of breath, deepen your understanding of proper alignment and build your skill for relaxation and letting go.
