Jen is a dance fitness instructor certified in U-Jam Fitness. She taught several dance formats at gyms in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she discovered a love of group exercise and its community, before returning to Vancouver Island. Jen is also enthusiastic about plant-based nutrition, developing recipes for her site PlantBasedRecipe.com and studying at Tufts University in the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
