My specific interest is in helping you get over life’s little bumps, like stress, injury, trauma and pain and to aid you in returning to the things you love to do.
I am a BC Registered Massage Therapist (2000) and 5th year graduated Osteopathy student from the College E’tudes de Osteopathiques, Vancouver campus.
My treatments use a combination of various techniques and modalities selected to best aid your healing from whatever it is that brings you into my office. These include soft tissue release, active release therapy,joint mobilization, visceral and fascial mobilization, osteopathic principals and techniques, cranial manipulation and many others. The treatment is designed to help with your individual body and with your specific needs. There is no one size fits all.
