Beth (Two half ironmans) is a certified trainer who has been helping people with health and fitness for over 10 years.
KickStart Fitness opened in 2007 and provides a healthy space for people of all ages, shapes and sizes to come, feel welcome, and work out. With her unique philosophy, Beth has built a community not just a gym, where everyone gets support. Beth has created a ‘Family’ where people with dreams for self- betterment feel they belong.
Beth herself understands how hard it is to overcome food addiction. She has lost over 60 pounds, and continues to keep active and fit to be a role model to her clients.
“The key is understanding that if we can figure out the ‘why’ reason for an unhealthy lifestyle, then we can move forward to a better version of ourselves”, says Beth. “That is how Kickstart Fitness delivers results”.
Beth is passionate about helping people reach their potential and become the best they can be. She herself has run over 20 half marathons, 2 full marathons, several triathlons, 2 half ironman races, 2 ironmans races, grand Fondo, several long distance bike races and played competitive soccer for Canada.
As a trainer, Beth has enabled so many others’ success stories, but she considers her biggest successes are when she teaches someone to improve their own personal quality of life.
