  • One or Two personal training sessions each week
  • Five classes per week
  • Complete meal plan with choices for each meal

2. Kick It up Transformationprogram is designed to push your body to a whole new level.  Intense workouts that will leave you feeling stronger than you have ever felt.  16-week program

  • Three small group-training sessions each week
  • Three classes per week
  • Support from all the KickStart Fitness staff and other people in the program
  • So much more

3. Reboot You Body Programis designed to cleanse your body of unwanted toxins and get lean for summer.  It will give you more energy and help you lose all those sugar cravings. This is a 70% plant based program – fuelling your body with all the nutrients it needs. 8-week program

  • One small group training session each week
  • 4 class per week
  • Fresh juice provide daily for 5 days a week (optional extra days)
  • Complete weekly meal guide

4. Endurance Program is designed to help you be a better endurance athlete. Whether you plan on racing, becoming more fit or reaching that personal best time for your event, or just want to be a faster and stronger for your chosen sport, this is a great program for you.  Taught by Ironman Certified coach Beth Alden.  She will get your body as strong and as efficient as it can be. 16-week program

  • Up to 2 small group workouts a week
  • Five classes per week including spin
