Spin – This class is done on spin bikes and is choreographed to music. The idea of the class is to get the heart rate up, have fun and improve your biking endurance. It doesn’t matter if you have never done a spin class before as it is geared to all levels.
Monday-Thursday: 6-00am to 7-00pm
Friday: 6-00am to 6-00pm
Saturday: 8-00am to 9-00am
