About Sue Miller
Sue’s passion and enthusiasm for fitness and healthy eating began with her journey for a healthier lifestyle. Through changing her eating habits, boot camp, running and a strong desire for a healthier body she lost over 80 lbs and has maintained the weight loss by integrating healthy eating habits and fitness as a regular part of her everyday life. Sue is a great listener and cares for her clients, really understanding the emotions that need to be dealt with on the road to better health. Sue runs our learn to run program and has taken clients that have never run before to running their first 10klm races to half marathons.
About John Wall
John’s 22 years of coaching, teaching and training has prepared him for the rigors of personal training. As a goal driven trainer who has a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and Human Movement along with a specialty in Athletic Instruction allows for a diverse training perspective. John’s clients are all levels of fitness and health. Redefining his own personal health and wellness plan over the last several years makes him uniquely capable of designing and implementing a comprehensive program for KickStart clients. An avid sport and outdoors person John brings a positive, fun and uplifting attitude to the gym and to life! Life is an Adventure or Nothing at ALL!!!
About Jill Sawchuk
Jill is passionate about sharing health and happiness. Her classes are inspiring, gentle and appropriate for all levels. She is a Sivananda trained teacher, but considers Diane Long and Vanda Scaravelli to be her biggest influences. She draws from decades of experience and gives lots of individual attention. With her teachings you can expect to develop awareness of breath, deepen your understanding of proper alignment and build your skill for relaxation and letting go. Become stronger, more flexible and improve both balance and posture. Everyone can benefit from a Yoga practice ~ give it a try!
About Sage Dilworth
Sage started his athletic career on Vancouver Island by accepting a football scholarship with the VI Raiders in 2008. He won two national championships before leaving the sport competitively due to a shoulder injury. Following the sport of football and a lengthy rehab Sage became a certified personal trainer through Canfitpro and began working in several gyms around Nanaimo. During his time on Vancouver Island, Sage has graduated from VIU with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and helped 100's of clients become fit and healthy in both the Nanaimo and Parksville area. Sage can help anyone regardless of their gym experience through the knowledge he gained from his degree & time as competitive athlete, through proper strength training techniques, boxing skills, and knowledge of injury rehabilitation.

About Jen deHaanJen is a dance fitness instructor certified in U-Jam Fitness. She taught several dance formats at gyms in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she discovered a love of group exercise and its community, before returning to Vancouver Island. Jen is also enthusiastic about plant-based nutrition, developing recipes for her site PlantBasedRecipe.com and studying at Tufts University in the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
