    Yoga Instructor

    Jill is passionate about sharing health and happiness. Her classes are inspiring, gentle and appropriate for all levels. She is a Sivananda trained teacher, but considers Diane Long and Vanda Scaravelli to be her biggest influences. She draws from decades of experience and gives lots of individual attention. With her teachings you can expect to develop awareness of breath, deepen your understanding of proper alignment and build your skill for relaxation and letting go.     Sage Dilworth

    About Sage Dilworth

    Sage started his athletic career on Vancouver Island by accepting a football scholarship with the VI Raiders in 2008. He won two national championships before leaving the sport competitively due to a shoulder injury. Following the sport of football and a lengthy rehab Sage became a certified personal trainer through Canfitpro and began working in several gyms around Nanaimo. During his time on Vancouver Island, Sage has graduated from VIU with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and helped 100's of clients become fit and healthy in both the Nanaimo and Parksville area. Sage can help anyone regardless of their gym experience through the knowledge he gained from his degree & time as competitive athlete, through proper strength training techniques, boxing skills, and knowledge of injury rehabilitation.

She taught several dance formats at gyms in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she discovered a love of group exercise and its community, before returning to Vancouver Island. Jen is also enthusiastic about plant-based nutrition, developing recipes for her site PlantBasedRecipe.com and studying at Tufts University in the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
